Today has been a great day. I am pretty active doing some activities that's why I am able to reach 12k activity count. We also went to the market which is few kilometers from our house by just walking. I get sweat a lot and feels great after.

Yes, it seems that long walking is useless as it's only lowers your strength, but at the end it helps you emormously.
