Hola a todos, Hivers y comunidad de actifit, el día de ayer fue un día un poco diferente a mi rutina de entrenamiento, fue un día un poco más movido, activo y muy divertido espero que disfruten el post y aquí ya les cuento el porqué.
El día de ayer fue un día entrenamiento de espalda, realicé una rutina bastante completa en la cual realicé una rutina de resistencia y de fuerza incluyendo dominadas, fondos en barra y muscle ups.
Realicé tres bloques de esta rutina, y quiero destacar que me dejó bastante fatigado debido a que es un tipo de rutina bastante demandante. Este tipo de rutina se encuentra en una balanza entre la fuerza y la resistencia la cual hace que hacerla cause mucha fatiga, y sea tan fuerte el realizarla.
Después de hacer esta rutina decidí realizar un trote alrededor de la vereda del lago, la hice con mucha motivación y fuerza. Decidí trotar un poco más después de hacer la rutina, hecho el cual me dejó mucho más cansado y satisfecho por el día de actividad.

Yesterday was a back workout day, I did a pretty complete routine in which I did a resistance and strength routine including pull ups, barbell dips and muscle ups.
I performed three blocks of this routine, and I want to emphasize that it left me quite fatigued because it is a very demanding type of routine. This type of routine is in a balance between strength and endurance which makes doing it cause a lot of fatigue, and it is so hard to perform it.
After doing this routine I decided to do a jog around the lake sidewalk, I did it with a lot of motivation and strength. I decided to jog a little more after doing the routine, which left me much more tired and satisfied with the day's activity.
