English version

Yesterday was another one of those brutal days where I push my muscles to maximum power and use all my energy. Here I will tell you what I did and how it went.

I went to the sidewalk walking, as I usually do, a medium long walk, sometimes I feel the trajectory short, other days I feel it very long due to the speed of my walking.

When I arrived I greeted my training partners and I started to warm up with them, with the bad weather as there was wind and grey clouds, which motivated me a lot to train and to start the training with a lot of motivation.

Yesterday's routine we did it this way: taking the maximum repetitions of the exercises: muscle ups, burpees, squats, push-ups, dips and pull-ups.

It was tough... We ran the first workout to calculate our maximum score on the exercises, in the same order as follows:

Mu 5pts
Burpees 3pts
Squats 1pt
Pushups 1pt
Pull-ups 2pts
Pull-ups 3pts

It left me tired, and yet I was just starting the workout.

Subsequently we were taken by bad weather and the rain came down. Drizzle that stopped in a short period of time and during it we got to train a new routine created by sensei, coach: @Markworkout.

The second routine left me tired and sapped what little strength I had. The routine was a kind of EMOM (every minute on the minute) but this time, every ten seconds over ten seconds.

And that was how we make the days great, by making a difference in our actions.

Thanks for making it this far, see you in an upcoming report. 💪🏻🔥🪽
