Look at all of that stone someone pulled from the fields while tilling. crazy, but makes for a neat looking wall. And that fence looks like it's been mended a few times. Cool shots and looks like you found a place to bed down along the way. Cows make good company. lol. Like you said in discord.. A REAL bed will feel good. 😁

I know! Imagine the hours that went into building those walls! Supplies were hard to come by for the early settlers in the region and most of them were pastoralists. Keeping sheep and cattle rather than cropping. I'm speculating, but I assume they built these walls to keep the livestock in. The wire fences would have went up much later. You'd have to be tough to survive back in those days!
