Had a pretty bad headache today but I made it through alright. I get some pretty bad neck tension from time to time that triggers them but I’ve learn to live with it. I came home and got me a nap in then when to the gym for a pretty good arm workout. I felt alright by time I got in there and the intensity was definitely needed. I might take a day off before my next leg day tomorrow or just get a good walk in. But looking forward to getting through Friday ahead of this three day weekend! 💪🏾
