Iโve Been On spiritual โจ journey ๐ถ๐ฝ the last 7 years. Led me many places, so many layers of myself have melted ๐ซ to get me to my core being. So Iโm having surgery to repair a herniated disc, but Iโm taking one day at a time to go into the surgery the best shape i can. Best to be fit ๐ช๐ฝ for the journey ๐. So the thinking is that being in shape prior will aid in healing โค๏ธโ๐ฉน faster & stronger โ
