Wczoraj chcieliśmy się przekonać, jak smakuje najlepsza pizza neapolitańska w Belgii według strony 50 TOP Pizza. W ocenie włochów najlepszą belgijską pizzerią (a 12 w Europie, poza Włochami) jest La Pizza è Bella Gourmet, która znajduje się w Brukseli kilka kroków od parlamentu europejskiego. Jak to się zwykło mówić, z gustami i smakami się nie dyskutuje. Pizza była dobra, ale byliśmy zgodni, że na pewno nie była najlepsza pizza jaką jedliśmy w Belgii. Skąd to wynika? Przeglądając zestawienia, widać wyraźnie, że oceniający skupiali się na dużych ośrodkach miejskich, a przecież w mniejszych miejscowościach też są dobre pizzerie. Szczególnie w okolicach Mons czy La Louviere, gdzie jest duża włoska imigracja.
[ENG] Yesterday we wanted to find out what the best Neapolitan pizza in Belgium tastes like, according to the website 50 TOP Pizza. According to the Italians, the best Belgian pizzeria (and 12 in Europe, apart from Italy) is La Pizza è Bella Gourmet, located in Brussels, a few steps from the European Parliament. As they say, tastes and flavours are not discussed. The pizza was good, but we agreed that it was definitely not the best pizza we had had in Belgium. Where does that come from? Looking through the lists, it is clear that the evaluators focused on the big urban centres, but there are also good pizzerias in smaller towns. Especially around Mons or La Louviere, where there is a large Italian immigrant population.
Po konsumpcji trzeba było chociaż trochę kalorii spalić. Poszliśmy w kierunku Parc du Cinquantenaire, przed wejściem była manifestacja w sprawie poparcia dla irańskich kobiet. Przechodząc przez park zauważyłem baner reklamowy muzeum Autoworld, który informował o wystawie czasowej marki Bugatti.
[ENG] After eating, we needed to burn some calories. We walked towards the Parc du Cinquantenaire, where there was a demonstration in support of Iranian women. As we walked through the park, I noticed a banner advertising the Autoworld museum, announcing a temporary exhibition on the Bugatti brand.
Skusiłem się na wizytę w muzeum Autoworld, chociaż nie tak dawno tam byłem. Tym razem interesowała mnie wyłącznie wystawa czasowa. Takie wystawy są prezentowane zwykle przez 2-3 miesiące i dotyczą jednej marki. Szkoda tylko, że za każdym razem trzeba kupować bilet wstępu do całego muzeum, bo przecież 90% wystawy jest stała.
[ENG] I was tempted to visit the Autoworld museum, although it hadn't been that long since I'd been there. This time I was only interested in the temporary exhibition. Such exhibitions usually last for 2-3 months and are about one brand. It's just a shame that you have to buy a ticket for the whole museum each time, as 90% of the exhibition is permanent.
