Glorious bright day today, third one in a row. Absolute pleasure to wake up in the morning and inspired me to clean the front windows (where the sun comes in).
Had errands to run today, made the mistake of going shopping just as the schools were turning out and I was in the mood for browsing.
Bought the usual housekeeping things, and then a few bits and pieces for the house. A freestanding toilet roll holder, now I've realised there isn't room for one secured to the wall.
The picture is of Sainsbury's car park - never shop there, just popped into Argos, very handy as it happens - but it's quite high and surrounded by trees.
Also spoke to Ian H about mortgages and planning. He enjoyed a little rant about how people are reacting to America, but thought that the markets would settle pretty quickly.
We talked about never paying off your mortgage and arrived at a sensible half way house (ha ha).
