- being in your 30s is very different your mind thinks you can do everything basically the mind think you're in your teens or 20s but the body cannot take the workload unfortunately.
I've been pushing myself too hard and I lost all my muscles that's why I lost weight I'm getting skinny. I am making the right decision of leaving this job of mine to be honest I have no choice my body cannot take it anymore.
I will find gym work around and see what I can do this is what I enjoy doing so well hopefully I get it first haha new opportunity awaits.
