Here comes another day in the month of October, its the 9th day.Good morning to my dear @actifit community and to my beloved friends!
Am here to share with you most of my activities for 8th October which was yesterday.
Very early yesterday morning around 6:12 am, I woke up to a new day with Thanksgiving to our creator. In a few minutes later, I went to the kitchen to wash the dishes and arrange the house properly before going out. I took my bath and off I go because I have a meeting down town.
On my way, I passed through a sports center in my city and when I look inside, I saw men women and ladies that are exercising. Some were jogging, dancing, skipping and doing all kinds of exercises just for them to fit in.
When I got to the meeting place, we waiting for quite some hours before the meeting started officially due to some reasons by the coordinator.
During that afternoon time when the meeting was over, I decided to take a long walk in other to exercise my body a little although the weather wasn't friendly at all..
I took some photograph of my city of which you can see below this write up.
Getting home, a too my bath and rested awhile before continuing with my activities online which lasted all through the day till when I slept off around 10 p.m.
