Tough night waking several times not long after settling down. Frittered the morning away but did get the investing blog for the week written. Took the bike out to go look for orchids

It is banksia season and the little pink and white flowers

Did find orchids

A few double headers too of eriochilus petricola

Front on view shows the hairy and pinkish labellum - sorry no photos of the leaf which is key to ID. Size is baby finger nail size does help

Double header both facing outwards

More banksia variety

Spied this minute mushroom - an inch tall

Spider grevillea

Short ride was a great way to get out to the walking
