Not sure where spring has gone - a cold rainy morning not conducive to getting out on the bike. If I could ride out the front door and ride safely I would ride more. It is not the way. Walked up to shops with my wife to get a few things. That got some of the steps done
Went out walking late to get the balance done. Down the hill - there are a fee places with orchids flowering - cymbidiums

On the side street there is a house with few orchids. Would love to step over the fence. Make do with zoom photos of oncidiums flowering

The simpler way to renovate - render and paint chocolate brown
Walked from the school up the golf course and back home
Dinner: Lasagne made from bolognese sauce made a few days back. Step one - make a roux
Melt in some grated cheese - a mix of leftovers plus some fresh milk to make a bechemel
Layering - pasta sheet on the bottom with a bit of oil. Then mince - then bechemel - then pasta - then mince - then bechemel.
Bake for about an hour
