Another grey day - feels like I have moved back to London. Late night did not help the mood. We went shopping - traffic did not help the mood either. Nor did a full car park. My wife parked up at car wash ti get the car washed. Got shopping done - felt like Black Friday sales started early
Bought beer - a German miscellany - will drink them from left to right. Am boycotting out local bottle shop after 3 visits in a row with shelf prices mot matching checkout prices
Went walking late to get the steps in - interesting way to use old tyres. Make a garden bed. Got to believe it is not good for the plants - they seem happy enough

Started a purple theme - jacaranda up high

Sold in McIntosh St - a quiet cottage walking distance from the station and Ravenswood School - a posh private school
Property is a one storey house set well back
Lends itself to a big change. Go up high on the existing brick house and build another 2 up in front. I know what will come - knock down and wall to wall house and pool
Pea flower on the way back - something is in focus - nice purple colour in line with the day's theme
Shopping this morning included our favourite fish shop - 3 stages

Sashimi - king fish, salmon, tuna

I am very sensitive to the effects of shorter days, so I make extra effort to soak up sun daily. I also have a lamp that gives off the proper wavelengths for really dark days. Sunlight is the best antidepressant, though good food is also helpful. !BBH
