Day started out grey
Headed out to combine a shopping trip and a walk looking for midge orchids. Walk first in Mt Colah side of Ku-ring Gai Chase NP
Pink grevillea - maybe a spider day
Grey spider grevillea
NSW coral heath flower - epacris pulchella. No sign of the brittle midge orchids in the normal spot. Walked further down the track to seek out the other types further down the track
Leptospermum squarrosum - Peach-flowered tea tree
Bee action on this track tree flower - this might be a different species - maybe prickly tea tree - leptospermum continentale
They always say colour is not a good way to differentiate between types - peachy enough to be Peach-flowered tea tree. They are always a haven for bugs
Spider action again - the real thing - orb weaver spider
Walked down Ku-ring Gai Trail to look for the other midge orchid sites - pink version of NSW coral heath flower
A few hibbertia still flowering
Pine-leafed geebung flowering on the edge of the track
Did the shopping after the walk - did have a dry shirt - got pretty sweaty.
Dinner: Chicken and sausages on bbq.

The grevillea flower and NSW Coral Health flower are very beautiful to look at, a bee is collecting nectar from the flower, Nice moment . today you have done amazing photography
