Stricken down cold day - a few flowers : February 9 2025

in Actifit9 days ago

Bad night - could not breathe - awake a lot. Doubled up the pillows to sleep upright. Took 2 panamax - never do that but it knocked the headache and I did sleep. Going to be a difficult day. Got to achieve somethings

Cleared out a windowsill bed which had been a contention long before we got here. The community secretary did the weed killing. Today I cleared the dead long grass. This spider has to find a new home

Next achievement - did some shopping - photos on the way out

Walked the long loop around the back of the station - found this white flower there. Got the shopping done - got the steps in

Dinner: Barramundi with caper butter

Watched TV to keep awake long enough - watched the Queen biopic

Did wrote up a lot more of review of AI Bot Studio

How does Barramundi with capper butter taste?
I’ve not seen it before though

Barramundi lives in the inter-tidal zone - that makes it something of a sea water and a fresh water fish. Rhe flavour to me is a bit more full than other white flesh fish. Capers are a little bitter and salty - add butter makes a good sauce.
