A bit of a restless night with some weird dreams. Headed out earlier to do a long walk in Seven Mile Beach NP. Key step was to prepare for the mosquitos - long pants, boots and socks pulled up over the pants. Bushman insect repellent and a hat for the bald patch.
Walking the section I gave up on the day before. Was looking for mosquito and helmet orchids - did get a budding acianthus orchid - not quite in focus

Of note is many of the flowers open the day before were closing - a sample

Ride done - computer did track both legs today - got to double yesterday to be right and the route in and out were not the same
Friends over for dinner - lamb backstrap and beef eye fillet on the bbq and potatoes and veges cooked inside
Lamb cooked Moroccan style - coriander and cumin and paprika and garlic and salt. Marinated for a couple of hours- cooked on bbq with a little oil. Served with plain yoghurt and chopped mint. For the rest we had tomato and basil salad, and asparagus and baby potatoes
