Yesterday was a great day, Today I started the day, feeling ready to walk around and make it count as my daily activity. Just as usual I took a walk to work. The fact that it's another day to make a new achievement gave me energy to set the mood for a positive day. I kept moving and making sure to take steps whenever I could.
By the end of the day, I was able to hit 12,000+ steps. It felt amazing Knowing I stayed active though I can do better than this just like earlier days but the fact that I pushed myself made me happy for the day.
Tomorrow is another chance to be better. Let’s keep moving and make every day count.
