Entering the third week of attending my late-night class, I once again struggled to adjust to the new sleep schedule. It took me a long time to fall asleep after getting into bed, and just when I finally did, my alarm went off. I did quickly turned it off and went back to bed. Then 10 minutes later it did went off again and this time I really had to pull myself away from the bed. LOL. Ah, It seems like Wednesdays are going to be tough for the next seven weeks.
But despite feeling tired, I've noticed that I'm getting better at dealing with it. Even though I only slept for 3-4 hours, I didn't feel too sleepy today. I didn't even need extra coffee to stay awake.
I managed to go to the fitness studio and do my usual one-hour KpopXfitness dance session to end the day. It was tiring, but I felt good afterward. I hope I can keep this up for the next few weeks!
