I felt much better today compared to yesterday, thanks to an amazing 8 hours of sleep. Honestly, I could have slept more, but I had to get up for work! LOL.
My afternoon plans got canceled, so I decided to spend an hour at the studio doing KpopXfitness dance. I probably should have done my homework instead, but I’ve been feeling unfocused with disturbing thoughts running through my head all day, mostly guilt from something I wanted to stop doing but could not stop and instead kept going. Ugh.
Still, I’m glad I got out of the house; otherwise, I’m unsure what I would have done.
