We ended our morning work with a quick lunch gathering at school to celebrate this year. It was a nice break and a chance to chat with colleagues. There’s just one more week until the summer holiday, and everyone is really excited. It’s funny how the closer we get to the holidays, the more tired we all feel. We’re all counting down the days, and it’s clear we need the break. As I said before, the nearer the holidays come, the less energy we have. LOL. Even though we’re tired, the thought of the break keeps us going!
It's been a while since I did a two-hour KpopXfitness session. It was a long workout, but it didn't feel like it because I always have so much fun dancing. Plus, I really needed it. I needed to distract myself from some unwanted and painful thoughts that have been bothering me lately. After the workout, I was super hungry. I air-fried some meat I had in the fridge, fried an egg, and boiled some broccoli. I was really glad to be busy and active. It was just what I needed.
