I am very late today with my Actifit report from yesterday. So just a brief update to record my steps. Yesterday was a day of almost 10 K steps. 🎉🚶♀️
In the morning, I did errands and a short walk around Plaza Los Palos Grandes after taking my husband to have some blood tests.
Then in the afternoon, I walked 4 km in the park. It was almost dark but earlier it was impossible because of the heat to go for a walk.
Instead early in the morning, the plaza was cool and nice to walk around.
Yesterday I started to do some strength exercises for my arms on the machines in the park, as I have to follow the doctor's recommendation not to neglect the loss of muscle mass.
I am #aliveandthriving.

A 10k steps, how I wish I can also made step like that. But I dont go outside that often, and if I did all I did was stand and walk a little ಥ_ಥ
Well, I make an effort to make it some days. But in general, I also spend a lot of time at home, and reaching 10k that way is tough.
