Hehe! I used to do very few, but I'm making an effort. They say that one should do 10k a day for optimal health, but I still don't achieve it. It's rare the day I do 10k. Also, I only register the steps if I have my cell phone with me, and at home, it's not always like that.
The flower is very rare, I have never seen it either and I love the name.
That's awesome, but at least even if you can't make it to 10k, you still has a lot of step. You'll grow stronger too with that, especially your stamina.
