Hello my fellow actifiters. it’s been a long time since I made an Actifit post, but that doesn’t mean that I have not been eating right and doing the exercise thing.
One of the new things iam doing now is Silver Sneakers, I use to think it was just for old folks and it wouldn’t be much of a workout for me, but boy was I wrong.
Silver Sneakers is the most popular thing they have going on at my local YMCA.
It’s good for all ages because most of the workouts are done sitting down. But you get out of it what you put into it, I workout with the bigger weights and exercise band. We have a really nice group of seniors and our instructor is awesome!
So my basic workouts now consist of Silver Sneakers and walking on the track. It feels good to post another Actifit post, this is my first Actifit post since 2019. I use to post Actifit everyday but I got burned out trying to post every day. But for now on I will post Actifit every now and then, because I forgot how much fun this is lol
