De hecho, la única ocasión en la que verdaderamente nos desconectamos es cuando dormimos. Los doctores recomiendan dormir un promedio de 8 horas diarias, pero incluso eso se ha vuelto un desafío para muchos.
Uno de los mayores problemas que enfrentamos al intentar desconectarnos es que tendemos a desvelarnos, atrapados en pantallas hasta altas horas de la noche, lo que afecta la calidad y cantidad de nuestro sueño. In the times we live in, it seems almost impossible to disconnect from the digital world. We are constantly surrounded by notifications, social networks, emails and the incessant connectivity that the internet offers us. In fact, the only time we truly disconnect is when we sleep. Doctors recommend sleeping an average of 8 hours a day, but even that has become a challenge for many.
One of the biggest problems we face when trying to unplug is that we tend to stay awake, trapped in screens late into the night, which affects the quality and quantity of our sleep. Lack of sufficient rest not only influences our physical energy, but also has a direct impact on our mental health, increasing stress and anxiety.
During the day, whether for work or entrepreneurship, we are subject to fulfill our responsibilities, which makes it more complicated to find time to get away from the digital world. However, it is essential to give ourselves the space to rest and disconnect from this virtual “matrix”. The simple act of turning off devices for a while can revitalize our minds, improve our concentration and reduce stress levels.
The key is to find a balance. Consciously disconnecting during the day, even for brief moments, can make all the difference in our mental and emotional well-being.
