Es verdad que las emociones que compartimos pueden ser positivas, pero también es doloroso cuando están ligadas a personas que ya no tenemos a nuestro lado. Al abrirnos, logramos desahogar una carga emocional, lo que nos permite sanar y seguir adelante. No olvidemos que compartir nuestras emociones, incluso las más profundas, puede ser una forma poderosa de conectarnos con los demás y con nosotros mismos.
