El Burnout es un síndrome de agotamiento físico, mental y emocional que surge debido a un estrés laboral crónico. No se trata de un simple cansancio; es una sensación de estar completamente sobrepasados, desconectados y sin motivación.

¿Cuáles son los síntomas?
