Iniciando el Lunes quise compartir este post de algo que me sorprendió por la respuesta negativa de una persona. Sigue leyendo porque tú quizás habrás pensado algo similar y estas a tiempo para cambiar tu mentalidad.
¿Cuántas oportunidades has dejado pasar por miedo a lo desconocido? ¿Alguna vez has pensado que capacitarte es un gasto en lugar de una inversión? Si es así, es momento de cambiar esa mentalidad.
Hace unos días, conversando con una persona sobre proyectos de negocios, nos dijo algo que nos dejó sorprendidos: "No quiero invertir, no quiero ser socio, no quiero capacitarme, es un gasto para mí". ¿En serio? ¡Pensar que aprender es un gasto es una de las mayores trampas mentales que alguien puede tener!
El mundo de los negocios está lleno de oportunidades, pero sólo aquellos que están preparados saben reconocerlas y aprovecharlas. Quien no se capacita, quien no expande su conocimiento, quien se conforma con lo que sabe, está condenando su futuro financiero. La ignorancia es más costosa que cualquier curso, libro o mentoría.
Mientras alguien se cierra a aprender, hay otra persona que se está formando, adquiriendo habilidades, creciendo y posicionándose en el mercado. Y cuando llegue el momento de competir, ¿quién crees que tendrá ventaja?
Nosotros valoramos a los socios que no solo saben vender, sino que dominan otras habilidades. Vendedores hay muchos, pero empresarios con mentalidad de crecimiento, pocos. Si quieres avanzar, debes salir de la zona de confort y empezar a formarte.
La información correcta en las manos correctas puede cambiar vidas. Aprender de negocios no solo te permite generar ingresos, sino que te da libertad, te da poder y te abre puertas que ni siquiera imaginabas que existían.
No sigas con la mentalidad de que el conocimiento es un gasto. Es la mejor inversión que puedes hacer. ¡Atrévete a aprender, a crecer y a construir un futuro sólido! No permitas que el miedo al aprendizaje te condene a una vida de conformismo.

A few days ago, talking with a person about business projects, he told us something that left us surprised: “I don't want to invest, I don't want to be a partner, I don't want to train, it's an expense for me”. ¿Really?, ¡thinking that learning is an expense is one of the biggest mental traps anyone can have!
The business world is full of opportunities, but only those who are prepared know how to recognize and take advantage of them. Those who do not train themselves, who do not expand their knowledge, who are content with what they know, are condemning their financial future. Ignorance is more costly than any course, book or mentoring.
While someone is closed to learning, there is another person who is training, acquiring skills, growing and positioning himself in the market. And when it comes time to compete, ¿who do you think will have the edge?
We value partners who not only know how to sell, but who have mastered other skills. There are many salespeople, but there are few growth-minded entrepreneurs. If you want to move forward, you need to get out of your comfort zone and start training.
