Today was just about recovery and protecting my body. Just a 6klm walk to keep the legs moving and allow the muscles to recover after a full run, followed by a day of intervals and now the recovery day. Tomorrow back to intervals and also add in some stretches for my back and core, along with some pistol squats and wood choppers. build the more and my glutes.
