Hey everyone,
It’s time for another quick update! My weight is now at 82.7 kg, and I still have my goal of 79 kg clearly in sight. Step by step, I’m getting closer.
Training with Caution
Yesterday I had another training session. I really wanted to push myself, but I made sure to protect my shoulder as much as possible since there’s still some pain. It’s frustrating not being able to go all in, but I know it’s the smarter move to heal fully.
Daily Activity Check
I also noticed that in the past few days, I haven’t been walking much. My step count has been low, so I definitely want to work on getting back to 10,000 steps per day. It’s such a simple but effective way to stay active, especially on rest days.
Staying Focused
All in all, I’m still on course and feeling good about my progress. I’m looking forward to the moment when I can train hard again without pain. Until then, I’ll keep doing what I can and stay consistent.
