My Road to Beachbody25‘

Hey everyone,

I just found this amazing community today, and I wish I had joined earlier! But better late than never, right? So, here I am, sharing my journey towards my Beachbody 2025 goal.

Starting the Journey

At the end of January, I decided to take my fitness and nutrition more seriously. The first step? Tracking my calories! I learned that to maintain my weight, I needed to eat around 2700 kcal per day. But since my goal was to go from 86 kg to 79 kg, I had to be in a calorie deficit.

Finding the Right Balance

I didn’t want to lose weight too fast because that would mean losing muscle as well. So, I set a moderate deficit of about 350 kcal per day, which means I eat around 2350 kcal daily. This way, I can still fuel my body properly while slowly cutting down fat.

Progress & Motivation

So far, things are going great! I feel good, and I’m proud of my progress. It’s all about consistency and patience. Some days are harder than others, but I remind myself why I started.
