Hey everyone,
Today is a great day—I just hit my lightest weight since starting this diet! I’m now at 82.7 kg, and that feels amazing. My original goal is 79 kg, so let’s see if I can reach that by the end of April. It’s getting closer!
Balancing Protein Intake
One challenge I’m facing right now is hitting my protein target. Ideally, I should be getting 2g of protein per kg of body weight, which means around 165g per day. Yesterday, I only managed 130g, but I think small fluctuations are normal. As long as I stay consistent overall, I’m not too worried about it.
Training & Staying Motivated
Today is another gym day, so I’m heading off to train before going to work. I feel super motivated right now because I’m the lightest I’ve been in a long time, and I’m getting closer to my goal every day.
