Naples woke up under a blue and clear sky and in an atmosphere rather cold for the standards to which its citizens are accustomed.
It is already half past eight but the sun is careful to illuminate the cold lands while the city is wrapped in a thin layer of smog very evident on the horizon.
The children are still sleeping in their beds while I arrived at the circumvesuviana station ready to leave for a long day at my sister’s house.
Unfortunately the unexpected was around the corner and the metro line 1 was closed when I arrived on time to my destination so, once I made sure that the metro still worked from Piazza Dante, I had to take line 2 to get off at Piazza Cavour.
The square was already crowded with a considerable number of tourists who were distributed between the two main museums Neapolitan national archaeological museum and the archaeological museum of Capodimonte.
The kiosks in Naples are very popular as a commercial activity and almost every square has one managed by an owner for decades.
The Neapolitan bakers have a great tradition for the manufacture of homemade bread and there are the most tasty qualities in the world as for other culinary specialties.
Not happy with the walk made so far I have again gone down with my sister’s companion on the streets of Marano.
Meanwhile my sister prepared the lunch and table for this holiday meal.
I returned quite early then in the afternoon home before the sun went down and the temperatures dropped and from the station I could see that the peaks of the Benevento mountains were all whitewashed.
This is the end of this beautiful day and in the meantime I greet all the extraordinary pioneers of the Hive blockchain who have visited me between the lines of my actifit report on Sunday.

Napoli si è svegliata sotto un cielo azzurro e sereno ed in un'atmosfera piuttosto gelida per i standard a cui i suoi cittadini sono abituati.
Sono già le otto e trenta ma il sole attenta ad illuminare le fredde lande mentre la città è avvolta in un sottile strato di smog molto evidente all'orizzonte.
I bambini stanno ancora dormendo nei loro letti mentre io sono arrivato alla stazione della circumvesuviana pronto a partire per una lunga giornata a casa di mia sorella.
Purtroppo l'imprevisto era dietro l'angolo e la metro linea 1 era chiusa quando sono arrivato puntuale a destinazione quindi, una volta che mi sono accertato che comunque la metro funzionava partendo da piazza Dante, ho dovuto prendere la linea 2 per scendere a Piazza Cavour.
La piazza era già affollata di un cospicuo numero di turisti che si distribuivano tra i due musei principali napoletani museo archeologico nazionale napoletano e il museo archeologico di Capodimonte.
I chioschi a Napoli sono molto diffusi come attività commerciale e quasi ogni piazza ne ha uno gestito da un titolare ormai da decenni.
I fornai napoletani hanno una grande tradizione per la lavorazione del pane casereccio e ci sono le qualità più saporite del mondo come per altre specialità culinarie.
Non contento del cammino fatto a piedi fino adesso sono di nuovo sceso con il compagno di mia sorella per le strade di Marano.
Nel frattempo mia sorella preparava il pranzo e la tavola per questo pasto del giorno festivo.
Sono tornato piuttosto presto poi nel pomeriggio a casa prima che il sole calasse e le temperature si abbattessero e dalla stazione ho potuto notare che le cime delle montagne beneventane erano tutte imbiancate.
Si chiude così questa bella giornata festiva e nel frattempo saluto tutti gli straordinari pionieri della blockchain di Hive passati a trovarmi tra le righe del mio actifit report domenicale.

I used to live in Italy (Imola, and Rome), and passed through Naples on my way to Calabria and Sicily, but have never visited the city itself. Would like to one day.
