A small disturbance broke off from a larger one coming from the Barents Sea and sank off the coast of Portugal causing high pressure to rise over Italy which gave us another wonderful sunny day.
Today I am in Naples on the seafront of via Partenope in the beautiful district of Chiaia that has stolen a vast portion of land to the sea with a filled that has extended the surface of the city of Naples in the nineteenth century.
A French architect has designed all these wonderful buildings present along this small corner of paradise filled with many excellent restaurants and places where tourists from all over the world are entertained.
The name of this architect is Oscar Du Mesnil who, together with his brother, designed almost all the buildings that go from Mergellina to Borgo Santa Lucia and are all beautiful in shape and unique beauty.
The filled was made in front of the hill of Pizzofalcone on which there is a beautiful barracks that can be reached by the climb that you see in the photo between the empty space of two buildings of via Partenope.
The barracks is one of those beautiful buildings that can be seen on the hill from far away from the balcony of my house from which I often photograph the beginning of my day.
The Caracciolo promenade is an ideal place to be illuminated by the wonderful and regenerating sun rays that provide the Neapolitan lands with an abundant ration during the day.
The sun is also very good at the gardens of Piazza Vittoria that are regenerating thanks to the rising temperatures that is becoming more and more impressive day by day.
In the street behind the square there is access to the homonymous tunnel or the Victory Gallery built at the end of the 1920s with an ambitious project that has decongested urban traffic is made a very difficult entrance to build for the slopes of the hill.

In cammino verso la vittoria.
Una piccola perturbazione si è staccata da una più grande proveniente dal mare di Barents ed è affondata al largo delle coste del Portogallo causando una risalita dell'alta pressione sull'Italia che ci ha regalato un'altra meravigliosa giornata di sole.
Oggi sono a Napoli sul lungomare di via Partenope nel bellissimo quartiere di Chiaia che ha rubato una vasta porzione di territorio al mare con una colmata che ha esteso la superficie della città di Napoli nel XIX secolo.
Un architetto francese ha disegnato tutti questi meravigliosi palazzi presenti lungo questo piccolo angolo di paradiso ricolmo di tantissimi ottimi ristoranti e locali dove vengono intrattenuti i turisti da tutto il mondo.
Il nome di questo architetto è Oscar Du Mesnil che, insieme a suo fratello, realizzò il disegno di quasi tutti i palazzi che vanno da Mergellina a borgo Santa Lucia e sono tutti di bellissima forma ed unica bellezza.
La colmata è stata realizzata davanti alla collina di Pizzofalcone sulla quale c'è una bellissima caserma che si può raggiungere dalla salita che si intravede nella foto tra lo spazio vuoto di due palazzi di via Partenope.
La caserma è uno di quei bellissimi palazzi che si vedono sul colle da lontano dal balcone di casa mia dal quale fotografo spesso l'inizio della mia giornata.
Il lungomare Caracciolo e luogo ideale per farsi illuminare dai meravigliosi e rigeneranti raggi solari che destinano alle lande napoletane un'abbondante razione durante il giorno.
Il sole fa benissimo anche ai giardini di Piazza Vittoria che si stanno rigenerando grazie all'innalzamento delle temperature che sta diventando di giorno in giorno sempre più imponente.
Nella strada dietro la piazza c'è l'accesso all'omonima galleria ovvero la galleria della Vittoria costruita alla fine degli anni '20 con un ambizioso progetto che ha decongestionato il traffico urbano è realizzato un ingresso molto difficile da costruire per le pendenze della collina.
