As I expected, Garmin advised a long ride for this day. The plan was 3 hours and ten minutes of cycling at a light load. Since this is very boring, I drove two MyWhoosh world tracks. After almost two hours of riding the first track, Hydayriyat climb, with a very low resistance of only 100w, I was boored to death. So I rode the second track at a somewhat stronger pace of 130w. I topped it all off with 10,000 steps to complete a very active day.
