We are still in Eleno-Tverdishka planina with @fog043 and @vesytz and unfortunately this forest walk on Hajdushka holyana turned out to be the last hour of our weekend trip 🥹
The meadow is called hajdushka, because at one time during the Turkish slavery, the hajdus-people's protectors, fighters against the Ottoman rule, were hiding in the mountains. Apparently, there are reports that a particular gang was camped right here. The names of its members are written, and they are one of the most famous fighters for the freedom of Bulgaria 🤍💚❤️
Now this meadow with a gazebo, benches and a barbecue is used by people looking for the peace of the forest and those who want to sit, eat and rest.
