Hola amigos de actifit, el día de hoy les traigo el reporte de actividad del día 18 de agosto al caer día domingo se me ocurrió para cambiar de actividad física subir un pequeño cerro el cual caminé aproximadamente unos 6 km luego de eso me acerqué a un rio llamado parque las cocuizas ubicado aqui en el estado aragua y me sirvió muchísimo para despejar la mente y pasar un día diferente A pesar de no realizar directamente alguna actividad física sentí mucho cansancio después de todo fue una caminata difícil y trasladar en el río también generó mucha fatiga, pero gracias a eso y a toda actividad física que realicé en mi día logré alcanzar más de 15,000 pasos
Hello friends of actifit, today I bring you the activity report of August 18 on Sunday I came up with the idea to change physical activity to climb a small hill which I walked about 6 km after that I approached a river called park cocuizas located here in the state of aragua and it served me a lot to clear my mind and spend a different day.
Despite not directly perform any physical activity I felt very tired after all was a difficult walk and move in the river also generated much fatigue, but thanks to that and all physical activity I did in my day I managed to reach more than 15,000 steps.
