MY SEPTEMBER 29TH ACTIVITY REPORT 2024
Hola amigos de Actifit, el día de hoy retome mis actividades luego de estar enfermo unos cuantos días, así que aquí tienen mi reporte de actividad
Hello friends the Actifit today I come to bring you a new activity report post, today September 16 I am resuming my physical activities after a week of rest due to some muscle discomfort and to increase my performance in the following weeks. .
Empecé mi día con una caminata de 5 mil pasos. Caminar es una excelente manera de calentar el cuerpo y preparar los músculos para el entrenamiento. Además, es una oportunidad perfecta para disfrutar del aire libre y despejar la mente.
I started my day with a 5,000 step walk. Walking is a great way to warm up the body and prepare the muscles for training. It's also a perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and clear your mind.
Después de la caminata, me reuní con unos amigos para jugar un poco de fútbol. El fútbol no solo es divertido, sino que también es un excelente ejercicio cardiovascular. Luego de eso terminé mi día con una sesión de calistenia. La calistenia es una forma de entrenamiento que utiliza el peso corporal para desarrollar fuerza y flexibilidad. Hoy hice una rutina completa que incluyó flexiones, dominadas y abdominales. Sin más nada que decir, muchas gracias por leer mi post y nos vemos en un próximo reporte💪✨
After the walk, I met up with some friends to play a little soccer. Soccer is not only fun, but it's also a great cardio workout. After that I finished my day with a calisthenics session. Calisthenics is a form of training that uses body weight to develop strength and flexibility. Today I did a full routine that included push-ups, pull-ups and sit-ups.
