MY OCTOBER 8TH ACTIVITY REPORT 2024
Hola amigos de Actifit soy dioskr-swc y bienvenidos a mi nuevo reporte de actividad. Hoy les voy a contar cómo fue mi día de entrenamiento de calistenia, donde hice ejercicios de pierna y una pequeña caminata de 40 minutos.
Hi Actifit friends I'm dioskr-swc and welcome to my new activity report. Today I'm going to tell you how was my calisthenics training day, where I did leg exercises and a short 40 minutes walk.
Empecé el entrenamiento con un buen calentamiento para preparar mis piernas. Es importante calentar bien para evitar lesiones, Luego inicie con burpees. Este ejercicio siempre me deja sin aliento, pero es genial para trabajar todo el cuerpo. Hice varias series hasta sentir que realmente estaba trabajando.Después, pasé a los saltos de cuerda. Me encanta cómo este ejercicio mejora mi coordinación y resistencia. Estuve saltando por unos 10 minutos, luego no podían faltar las sentadillas. Este ejercicio es esencial para fortalecer las piernas. Hice varias repeticiones, sintiendo cómo trabajaban mis cuádriceps y glúteos y para terminar, hice zancadas. Este ejercicio es perfecto para trabajar el equilibrio y la fuerza en las piernas. Hice varias series, alternando las piernas.
I started the workout with a good warm up to prepare my legs. It is important to warm up well to avoid injuries, then I started with burpees. This exercise always leaves me breathless, but it's great for working the whole body. I did several sets until I felt like I was really working.Next, I moved on to jumping jacks. I love how this exercise improves my coordination and endurance. I was jumping for about 10 minutes, then couldn't miss the squats. This exercise is essential for strengthening the legs. I did several repetitions, feeling how my quads and glutes worked and to finish, I did strides. This exercise is perfect for working on balance and leg strength. I did several sets, alternating legs.
Después de los ejercicios, salí a caminar durante 40 minutos. Una pequeña caminata después de un entrenamiento de pierna puedes ir muy bueno para rebajar los músculos y además te ayuda mucho cardiovascularmente.
After the exercises, I went for a 40-minute walk. A short walk after a leg workout can go a long way to slim down the muscles and also helps a lot cardiovascularly.
En total, durante el día logré realizar más de 10,000 pasos. Es increíble cómo pequeños cambios en nuestra rutina diaria pueden sumar tanto, y eso es todo por hoy, espero que hayan disfrutado mi post y que se animen a incorporar estos ejercicios en su rutina diaria.
