My Actifit Report Card: January 3 2023

I wasn't that busy with chores today. But I did a lot of moving around the house. Organizing stuffs, going up and down the stairs. I was able to bike for 40 minutes. I lose 400 grams of my weight from yesterday. Not that bad. It's my second day of fasting today. And was able to lose 1.55 kg in just 2 days. My blood sugar goes down but still high at 219 mg/dl.

This was my first meal of the day at 1:30pm. No rice, since bam.i is already carbohydrates. My fasting window is 18hrs but I was able to last for 19 and a half hours with no food. As in NO FOOD. Only water.
