My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2023

Hello once again friends, another Actifit check in for today!

Happy to once again keep the streak of over 10,000 Steps daily in motion, pushing 13,000 today my legs are quite tired and my left foot muscles are a tad sore as I've been doing a lot of legs/calf raises as the gym and what not, trying to tone up all over.

I finished off my weighted routine today which was focused around my lower regions, my gyms became quite busy so its tedious to get on all the machines I want to (even though its not the biggest gym around.)

So after quite a while in there I headed over to the rowing machine and managed to burn off another 300 Calories, I tent to keep it around this range as its usually taken me 30 minutes of hard effort to obtain that compared to 30 minutes of walking which would only result in 100 calories burned- so I managed to scrape a few minutes off my regular time frame, usually hitting 300 calories around the 30:00-31:00 minute marks, so making improvements even though energy levels were already low! Headed to the treadmill after that for a cool-down walk and then headed home!
