Today has been very productive and motivating but exhausting all the same! I finally feel good again after the recent flu I had followed up by a spell of laziness, I couldn’t be bothered to get myself up to go to the gym and opted to sleep most mornings instead.
Today I just kick started myself hopefully back into a good routine, the days are getting warmer which means the sun is coming up earlier! Thank god, it was awful walking in pure darkness for most of my journey. I hit the gym up at 6:30am today and had a lovely quiet workout, managed to use all the machines and weighted I wanted to!
I followed it up with some cardio afterwards just more treadmil walking to get some extra steps in, headed home and proceeded with the rest of my day which has got me close to 20,000 somehow. 😅
I could hit the 20,000 for the post but I’d like to close out my day now and get comfy into bed and not care about having my apple watch on any more 😂
