Just wanted to give a shoutout to these 5 products that help me get my morning started every day. Fruit and veggie powders, matcha green tea, moringa leaf, and collagen. Packing 30g of clean protein, paired with skyr, helps me start the day strong.
Unfortunately, I didn't finish strong; rather, I had just 8.6K steps on the day. It was an off day for recess duty and I didn't make it outside during my lunch break. Sadly, I think over the winter months, those outdoor steps are going to be at more of a premium due to the cold. Maybe I will join the wave and get in a warm gym?! Until next time...
