My target today is to reach 6,000 steps.
That's 1,000 steps more than yesterday's step.
What I realized is that my daily routine without much ado is about 4,000 steps
That is just moving around the office and attending to patients.
So, it was quite easy to do an extra 1000 steps to achieve yesterday's goal.
Today's goal is 6,000 steps.
I achieved the first 4,500 steps of my usual activities...
I decided to do some aerobics with my hands improving the range of motions of my shoulder joints.
Tomorrow is a minimum of 7,000 step
