Hello everyone!
The weather was either gloomy or rainy yesterday. I was feeling better after having a whole body massage last Tuesday. However, when I get stressed, my neck feels stiff. Then, eventually my head hurts again. 😣 Sometimes, while watching the kids at school, I wish I could go back to the time when I was young and free from problems. No physical, mental, and emotional pain.
