Hello ActiPeeps!

As I said yesterday, I went to the bike!!

And that's pretty much the highlight of the day...

The shit-show out there is getting me pretty bad lately.

But I'll manage to snap out of it!

Have to focus on myself and on my boys!

So I must confess that I ate an ice-cream today lolol But I'm keeping my fasting! And my water in hand!
