Happy Caturday! I took a picture of Cot and made him into a comic. He’s so fuzzy!
It was raining here again, so I’d told @silvertop that I needed coconut milk and almond milk which meant a trip to Bellingham. First though, it was a stop at Starbucks for my weekly treat-an apple croissant! 😋 They are tasty and I plan them into my eating plan, so there is no guilt or shame involved! 😇
After that, it was off to Walmart and then Costco.
As you can see, even though we just turned the calendar to November, Christmas is in full swing EVERYWHERE! It was the same at Walmart. This picture though is from Costco.
I’ve always wanted one of these but feel as though they are a bit frivolous, so I never buy one.
I got my almond milk and coconut milk and a few other things as well. 😏 I won’t need to go back for a while except for some paper products maybe. 🤔
We stopped at the Lynden City Park as the fall colors there were beautiful. The majority of the color was towards the road and I didn’t get pictures of that, but I got these instead.
The stream was really swollen because of all the rain. Usually, it’s a shallow and meandering creek. Not today! The water was moving pretty fast!
I found a couple of squirrel friends!
The trees there are pretty amazing albeit smaller than the ones in my forest!

Hey sis! Thank you! In town, where they purposely plant trees that have great fall color, the color is awesome right now. They will be short lived because of the wind and the rain.
If you get the opportunity, go to Starbucks, order one. You will enjoy it and then you can alter it to your recipe needs. Do you make croissants? How do they get them so flaky?

The squirrels better hide well! pretty pictures, I don't like christmas decorations a lot but that store is looking good!
I think because the squirrels are in a city area, they are probably pretty safe from predators, both the human kind and animal. However, the cars could be an issue!
Costco usually is one of the first to display the decorations and the exceptionally big ones. I wouldn't be putting them in my yard because of their size plus with the winds we get in the fall and winter, we'd be chasing them through the forest or peeling them off of a tree they landed on.

Thank you @rufftotmeee! I use an app call clip to comic as it has quite a few ways to 'cartoon' a picture.
It's very peaceful there in the park near the stream. It's usually much lower and much calmer, but it is lovely. I would love to just have the place to myself and just sit and soak it in.
