…….it’s also my Monday. 😔 It was a true Monday for sure!
Work was super busy plus I ended up seriously buried due to an insurance company. Long and short- we’re providers-yet somehow we aren’t?! Talk about an oxymoron and total frustration! It’s a wonder I’m not bald from pulling my hair out over this. I’m calling them back on Friday to see if they’ve managed to get their right hand caught up with their left hand or just what. This wouldn’t be so devastating except they had sent a welcome email back in December with the insurance reimbursement values and which also gained me access to their database. If we weren’t a provider, seems like I wouldn’t have all that. Couple that with a phone call I made within the past couple of weeks to re-verify we are participating providers! Ugh!!!🤯 Now add we’ve seen a half a dozen patients with this insurance!
It’s been a long day and tomorrow isn’t looking like I’ll get caught up either. Can I have a break-just once? 😶🌫️

It’s amazing how something that should be straightforward can turn into such a maze of confusion.
