Our fur babies can often sense when we need their TLC. Bella is a pretty girl and obviously is attached to you. Sorry for the bank issues. Sometimes I wonder how people keep a job if they know nothing of what they are supposed to be doing!

Thank you very much! 😊 Yes, it's amazing how animals can feel some things we think nobody can notice.

Regarding the bank issue, unfortunately, it was way worse than just not knowing what they were supposed to do. The thing is that two of them actually decided to go home earlier (it was Saturday) and close that whole bank branch (office) for the day before the end of working hours, and they literally threw me out, refusing to provide the service.
I would somewhat understand if the bank was full of clients (as the time when I arrived was close to the end of their working hours), but the bank was completely empty. Nobody there!
And on top of that, I wasn't the only one. On the way out, I met a couple of other clients who just arrived and were equally in shock. But they had already locked the door behind me, and those other clients didn't even manage to enter, and they completely ignored when we all (through the glass door) were showing them the time, pointing at our watches.

However, I'm now preparing a "very nice complaint" which I'm going to send to the bank headquarters and to the general manager of that bank branch. So, if those two thought they were smart, nobody would notice and know, and they would get away with it just like that; they are very wrong!
(I am still pissed. Yesterday, I was frustrated at first, and therefore more emotionally pissed. But today, I'm very calm, and sort of "deadly cold angry." - And if you ask me, that's way more dangerous. For them, of course! 😁 But, they will find that out tomorrow when they come to work.) 😉

If it were after hours, I might would understand if they nicely said 'we are closed', but to treat you that way before their closing time, well that's just not good customer service! You are right to complain. Hopefully they won't be doing that again in the future.
