I know how you feel about throwing out food. It's been hard to let it go, but I am trying. It also helps that my husband eats everything (and never gains 🙄) It's been a struggle, but for the moment, things are going well. Keep on persevering, and if it's not the healthiest, eat less of it if you can.

Yeah, it can be difficult. It's one thing to say no to a tempting food, another thing to know it just goes to the trash otherwise.
