My Actifit Report Card: July 19 2024

Today's Breakfast is a simple idli chutney and sambhar. But, today's highlight is ragi or the finger millet.


The best thing about home is I never have to think about what to eat. Whatever my mom makes is good and nutritious most of the time. However, whenever I'm living alone, I'm the one in charge to decide my diet and it is always confusing for me.

I try my best to have good ingredients in my plate but that gets boring so easily. So, today, for lunch I had a simple sandwich-y type thing.

And then for dinner, I was introduced to one of the best things in my life -ragi dosa. I was expecting a boring tasteless dish but it was soo good. The very well batter bubbled real nice and it tates so good.
I also had a coconut peanut chutney on the side. And I've decided to make ragi a regular in my diet. Delicious, light and nutritious.
Now, all there's left is to learn how to make this batter from scratch!
